Are our dice balanced?
The only dice that are 100% balanced are casino grade dice. The good news is, you don't need RPG dice to be 100% balanced. Although handmade dice are much more balanced than factory made dice, it's all about the randomness of the rolls. The way you roll/throw your dice will have a much bigger effect on the randomness than balance ever will.
None of our dice are weighted and they all roll randomly. pigments, colorants, etc. do not weigh enough to have any effect on the weight of the dice. Any inclusions we use are usually made out of resin itself or have a similar density to resin so they cannot cause the dice to be weighted.
Do we accept commissions?
We are able to accept certain commissions. Do you want a custom dice set or DM screen? Please contact us for more information about the availability.

All parcels from The Dice Grove are shipped out from our NL office using PostNL. For a preview of the shipping rate to your location, please fill out your address at checkout.
Shipment Processing
All parcels from The Dice Grove are shipped out from our NL office using PostNL. You'll receive an email from our store with a tracking number when your order has shipped!
Orders that are ready for shipping will be mailed out every 2-3 business days.
Delivery Times
Delivery dates below are estimates and may increase depending on the package size.
NL & BE orders: 1-2 business days
UK & EU orders: 2-7 business days
US & International orders: 10-12 business days
Returns and Refunds
Please note that we only accept returns if the item(s) you received are incomplete, damaged or otherwise compromised.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at support@thedicegrove.com within 14 days of arrival for an exchange, replacement, or full return & refund!
All items need to be shipped back in the condition they arrived in, preferably in original packaging.
We will notify you after we've received your return package and you will be refunded on your original payment method! Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
